How do I make a reservation?

Answer

Reservations can be made directly on our Official Website or by visiting our shop. We recommend booking in advance for specialty bikes like e-bikes or e Fat-bikes.

What legal documents do I need
to rent a bike?

Answer

A valid ID or passport is required for all our vehicles and a driving license is also needed for renting the e chopper.

When do I pay for my rental?

Answer

Online bookings are paid upon collection at the shop. Our services allow for cash/card payments during handovers.

What are the prices for the vehicles?

What is included in the rental price?

Answer

The e-bikes and e-Fatbikes include a helmet, a high-security lock, a basket and the charger.
The city bikes include a basket and lock.
The e- Choppers iclude helmet and charger.

Do I have to wear a helmet?

Answer

According to the Greek law wearing a helmet is mandatory. Wearing a helmet is also strongly recommended for your safety.

Do you have kid seats?

Answer

Yes, we can provide you kids seats which can fitted on the e bikes, e fatbikes and city bikes.

What should I check before taking the bike?

Answer

Always inspect the brakes, tire pressure, gears, and chain. If you notice any damage or scratches, take a photo and inform staff immediately.

Rental Policies & Assistance

Is there a minimum age to rent?

Answer

Renters must be 18 years old for riding the scooters and must have a driving license.
Minors can ride the e bikes or e fatbikes after the parent or legal guardian signs the parental waiver that will be provided to you at the rental shop.

Are the vehicles insured?

Answer

The e bikes, e fatbikes, citybikes are NOT insured for any damage or theft .
The e choppers are insured for road accidents. Contact us for more information.

What happens if the bike is stolen or damaged/stolen?

Answer

The renter is responsible for any theft (helmet,charger,battery),damage or accident provoked to the rented vehicle.
The renter has to pay to the company the amount of the damage regardless of his/her liability.

Who do I contact if I have
a mechanical issue?

Answer

We provide a dedicated support number (often available via WhatsApp) for on-road assistance. If you have a flat tire or mechanical failure, call us immediately for guidance or a replacement vehicle.

Delivery

Do you offer a delivery and collection service?

Answer

Yes, we can deliver and pick-up the vehicles,free of charge, to your hotel or apartment upon agreement.

Can i pay remotely?

Answer

Yes, you can pay by card remotely when you receive the rented vehicle at your hotel or apartment.
