Terms and Conditions
  • Renter minimum age for renting the electric Fat-Bike must be 16.
  • Renter minimum age for renting the electric scooters must be 18 and must have in his/her possession a valid driving license .
  • Rental duration is hourly,working day,24 hours, or weekly.
  • Payment can be made via card or cash. All payment must be finalized before the rental period begins.
  • The renter must not keep the vehicle longer than the rented period otherwise additional fee will be charged to the renter upon return of the vehicle.
  • The Fat-bikes and E- Bikes are allowed to be used by one (1) passenger only. Any damage (flat tyre etc) made by not following this rule will be paid by the renter.
    • Pricing and fees:
    • Hourly rate : E Fat-bike V8/ E Bike -5 euros/h , E choppers -6 euros/h
    • The rates for renting the E Fat-bike are as follows:
      • Daily (24hours) rate: 23 euros
      • Daily (working day) rate: 20 euros
      • Weekly rate: 130 euros
    • The rates for renting the E-bike are :
      • Daily (24hours) rate: 18 euros
      • Daily (working day) rate: 15 euros
      • Weekly rate : 100 euros
    • The rates for renting the City bike are :
      • Daily (working day) rate : 5 euros
      • Weekly rate : 30 euros
    • The rates for renting the M1 double city coco or M3 city coco are as follows:
      • Daily rate: 30 euros
      • Weekly rate: 195 euros
    • Late returns will incur additional fees as outlined below:
      • up to 1 hour : 15 euros
      • up to 24 hours: 30 euros
      Customer obligations:
      • The renter must make available to the company his ID or PASSPORT NUMBER and accommodation details. Providing false information will have legal consequences.
      • The renter must check the vehicle before receiving it.
      • In case of mechanical malfunction the renter must immediately notify the rental company.
      • The renter must return the vehicle to the company in the same condition he/she received it upon renting.
      • The vehicle must be locked each time when left unsupervised.
      • The vehicle can be driven only by the renter and not by any third person.
      • The renter is responsible for any theft (helmet,charger,battery),damage or accident provoked to the rented vehicle.
      • The renter has to pay to the company the amount of the damage regardless of his/her liability.
      • The renter is responsible for charging the battery of the vehicle throughout the rented period.
      • The vehicles battery have a maximum range of 60km (depending on the vehicle).
      • In case a new battery is needed there will be an extra fee of 20 EUROS.
      • The company will provide the helmets. They should be returned in good condition.
      • Wearing the helmet is mandatory while driving the scooters, E-bikes and E- Fatbikes.
      • The renter is solely responsible for any fine issued by the Greek authorities .
      • The renter explicitly agrees that the company Electric Wheels is not responsible for any damage incurred to the renter ,or third person during the rental period and no claim can be made against the company in case of an accident.
